Across more than three decades of leading transformations, I’ve seen how organizations often treat change as something to survive. My philosophy flips that script: when leaders approach change with intention, it becomes a lever that magnifies what’s possible.
That belief is the foundation of my work with leaders today—combining executive coaching with operator-level experience to turn vision into traction.
